What are the terms and conditions for refund?
In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money:
1. The product you ordered has a manufacturing defect.
2. You received damaged merchandise.
3. Make sure that the return article is attached with the orginal tag.
You can claim for refund within 07 days after you received your product.
How long the refund procedure takes?
1 Customer must write an email along with the pic and defect of the article on the company support mail
2 The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order.
3 The expected time for refund (after initiation) will be 3-5 working days.
4 The refund time may vary from bank to bank.
